Our Story

Voiceoc was founded by Kush Aggarwal and Samarth Bhalwar. In 2018, Samarth’s aunt was diagnosed with cancer and was getting her treated in a well known hospital based out of Delhi.

Due to the nature of the disease, Samarth’ family had to regularly visit the hospital for checkups, therapy sessions & other related activities. While using the conventional systems being followed at hospital for appointment bookings, reports access, support etc., Samarth’s family faced a lot of inconvenience.

During that time, we realised that it is not just his family but patients globally feel that they expect more personalised care & support from healthcare companies. I & Samarth both feel that the healthcare industry is an essential industry and healthcare providers are overloaded with a pressure to take care of tons of patients on a daily basis.

This thought inspired us to start Voiceoc. We designed & developed the smartest conversational AI exclusively for the healthcare industry so that we can help healthcare providers to focus on their core job i.e. taking care of patients while our AI takes care of all the engagement touchpoints & provide valuable insights via patient conversations that can help healthcare companies provide better care to their patients.
